Bell Tower Choreographic Workshop

The Bell Tower Choreographic Workshop - an initiative of Ausdance Queensland

The Bell Tower Choreographic Workshop provides a location where:

Dance makers explore the creation of new choreographic work
Dance audiences can see dance artists at work and contribute to their creative process

with showings of 25 new work-in-progress and over 40 public forums scheduled for 2010.

All Bell Tower showings and forums are free public admission.

PROGRAMS OFFERED IN 2010:

BELL TOWER I – space for creative development and exploration

BELL TOWER II – supported showings and public forums

BELL TOWER III – CHOREOGRAPHIC RESIDENCIES – funded by the Australia Council’s Dance Board in partnership with QPAC, the Judith Wright Centre and Brisbane Powerhouse

BELL TOWER IV – TOURING – a regional touring pilot program in partnership with NARPACA network members

BRISBANE FRONT – CHOREOGRAPHIC RESIDENCIES – funded by Brisbane City Council to create work for non-traditional performance spaces
