Professional Development Programs for Artists
As the professional service organisation for dance in Queensland, the association helps to build the capacity of the professional, community, educational and recreational sectors of the State’s dance industry.
We work to bring recognition to the many roles that dance plays in the cultural life of Queensland, and to maximise the opportunities and potential presented by the form and its practitioners.
This work is inclusive of contemporary and traditional artistic practice, cultural maintenance, community development, audience engagement and education.
Ausdance Queensland co-ordinates and facilitates a variety of professional development opportunities for its members including workshops, seminars, forums and training.
